    Former Biola fine arts professor Tom Relth owns the Above & Below Art Studio in Vancouver, WA and will be the professional artist teaching three courses at the Vancouver Arts Hub. A portion of the price of the course will go to support future art classes at a nonprofit arts organization called theARTScentered.
